New Managing Partner and Chairman for Dundas & Wilson
Caryn Penley and Allan Wernham have jointly been elected as the new Managing Partners of Dundas & Wilson and will be supported by Laurence Ward as Chairman.
Ms Penley and Mr Wernham are currently serving as interim Managing Partners but the election makes the appointment permanent for a four year term from 1st August when Laurence Ward will also take up his position.
“Caryn and I are honoured to be chosen by our Partners to lead our firm and we look forward to delivering on our shared vision,” said Allan Wernham. “We have been elected on a growth agenda and we will work with all of our colleagues to focus on our clients and ensure that our firm is best placed to meet the challenges ahead.”
The new Chairman of Dundas & Wilson, Laurence Ward, endorsed the election of Caryn Penley and Allan Wernham as Managing Partners saying: “I look forward very much to working with them both. As Chairman, my first priority will be to support them in implementing and driving forward our firm’s strategy for growth.”
