, in-house counsel with Scotland’s first $1 billion web company, Skyscanner, will deliver the keynote speech at this year’s WS IP Law Conference. WS Commercial Contracts Conference 2015

The impact of recent case law on commercial contracts

In collaboration with the Hastie Stable, the WS Society will host a morning conference on Commercial Contracts on 5 March 2015, chaired by Michael Howlin QC. The conference will delve into the impact of recent decisions of the Supreme Court and Court of Session, in the context of advising parties to Scottish commercial contracts. The focus will be the practical consequences of the fast evolving body of case law. The course is designed for commercial litigators, corporate and commercial solicitors in private practice and in-house counsel.
