Dr Eleonora Rosati will be in conversation with Gill Grassie, Partner, Brodies on a wide range of legal issues affecting EU and UK copyright.
Eleonora is an Italian-qualified lawyer with a wealth of experience in the area of copyright. She holds two law degrees from the University of Florence, an LLM from the University of Cambridge and a PhD in EU copyright law from the European University Institute. Eleonora is guest lecturer in copyright law at EDHEC Business School and edits the Journal of Intellectual Property Law & Practice. Previously, Eleonora was a Post-Doctoral Legal Research Associate at the University of Cambridge and worked in the IP department of Bird & Bird in Milan and London.
This event has been created to bring together Scottish IP lawyers to hear the latest international copyright developments. There will be drinks in the Champagne Bar as part of the event.
