Full membership
Full membership of The WS Society is open to lawyers with a minimum of three years’ experience who
- have completed all the qualification requirements to become a solicitor in Scotland (and who are not Scottish advocates), whether or not they are or have ever practised in that capacity, or
- are registered as foreign lawyers with the Law Society of Scotland.
Full members may use the suffix WS after their name.
The full member subscription rate is £390 per annum with a one - off admission fee of £200.
