This tells you more about the individual components of the practice area you are interested in. It also gives practical advice about how to prepare before coming forward for the assessment.
In essence, however, where a lawyer is already working with clients on a range of files with minimal or no supervision, proficiently, effectively, efficiently and ethically they should be ready to come forward to take the assessment with confidence.
